“He camechristmas-16-web unto His own and His own did not receive Him.” – John, Jesus’ Disciple
Born in a stable. Raised in Poverty. Died a criminal’s death.

Jesus’ coming and His life was repeatedly and consistently misunderstood. We might wonder, why?  We might also wonder, is it possible we misunderstand Him?

This Christmas season we will explore Jesus’ coming, who He is, and get a glimpse at why He actually came. We hope that you will find Him better than you ever imagined.

4 Week Christmas Series Starts Sunday, Dec 4th

Think of your community this July 4th

June 30, 2016 | Published in Uncategorized

The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. Growing up near Philadelphia, and as a frequent visitor of Independance Hall, I love taking some time to celebrate the birth of our nation. The red white and blue, the food, the fireworks, the summer! There is much to love about this holiday.

It’s also a very good time to get to know your community better. July 4th is a great time to celebrate TOGETHER. We are in the streets for parades, in our yards for BBQs and join as whole communities in the evening for fireworks. Don’t forget your neighbors on the 4th of July and if there is a good opportunity perhaps invite them to our Community Sunday on August 21st @ 10:30

Community Sunday is for the purpose of celebrating our community, getting to know our neighbors, honoring our community leaders, and introducing ourselves as a worshiping community to this area. Our Community Sunday Service will be followed by food and fun for the whole family.

Our Jerusalem: Those nearest us.
Our Athens: Those who are listening.
Our Corinth: Those in the workplace.
